PNR Homes is a San Diego-based real estate investment company that focuses on home renovations and resales.

BRAND IDENTITY, WEBSITE, MARKETING, INTERIOR DESIGN

Building a professional and dependable visual identity was key to helping this trusted team of real estate investors stand out. The founders of PNR Homes initially reached out to develop a brand identity and website that reflected the company’s core values and created a strong brand foundation.

Following the completion of the visual identity, our collaboration expanded to include interior design consulting, project management, and marketing materials such as email campaigns and sales brochures.

BRAND IDENTITY

A system of geometric logo marks was designed to establish a modern visual identity for PNR Homes. The design features shapes inspired by architectural floor plans, paired with a clean, modern sans-serif typeface.

To balance the contemporary geometry of the logo, the color palette features a rich deep green, rustic yellow gold, and soft off-white.
