Gelato Email Campaigns

In addition to brand and product design at Gelato (Flavor House), I led the creative direction and execution of Gelato’s weekly email campaigns supporting new product launches. Using the brand’s existing guidelines, I was responsible for content curation, layout and visual design, and alignment with current brand and industry moments. I reviewed and reported key performance metrics (including open rates and engagement) to analyze campaign effectiveness and guide ongoing campaigns. I also managed contact list migration and maintenance to ensure accuracy and deliverability.
